Trading terms and administration of purchases and sales on Biojunkie.dk are carried out by: Biojunkie ApS, with a registered address at Lindebjergvej 1, 3370 Melby – Denmark and has a VATNO.: 41058404.
You can always return goods purchased in our online store free of charge if:
- You notify us within 14 days (in Denmark) and within 30 days (in EU) from the time of delivery that you wish to return your goods.
- If the return is due to our error.
We cannot accept returned goods if:
- The goods are returned later than 14 days (in Denmark), 30 days (in the EU) after delivery.
- The goods have been opened so that the packaging is damaged.
- The goods are not in saleable condition, e.g., because they are opened or partially used.

Terms & Conditions of Biojunkie may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in business model, technology, our system capacity, or changes due applicable legislations. Thus, we may request you to accept our Terms and Conditions each time you purchase from our website. The Terms & Conditions that are applicable and you accept when you purchase products will be the Terms & Conditions that apply to your order.
Delivery and fee
Delivery in Denmark
Expected delivery time is 1-3 working days
A delivery fee of DKK 55 is imposed. For purchases over DKK 750, Biojunkie pays for the delivery
Delivery overseas (EU)
Expected delivery time is 1- 6 working days. However, the time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and the carrier used.
When placing the order on biojunkie.dk, a delivery fee of EUR 18,00 is chosen for shipping products in the EU, but regardless of the size of the order, we charge the actual delivery costs. For purchase over EUR 160,00 delivery is free of charge. If delivery costs are more than EUR 18,00 it will be stated on the entered e-mail address. The delivery fee is approved by replying to the e-mail with a positive commitment to conclude the transaction. If the e-mail is not answered within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled.
Shipping outside EU
Outside the EU, a delivery fee is EUR 25,00. For purchase over EUR 160,00 delivery is free of charge.
We aim to let you know if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but to the extent it is permitted by law. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, fees, or expenses, which are arising out of late delivery.
You can order all items shown on our website: https://biojunkie.dk. The valid price of a product is the price, which is quoted at Biojunkie.dk at the time of placing an order. We make reservations for errors and sold-out products. The shipping price is stated on your order as well as the total price of your order, just as it will appear on the order confirmation.
You can pay via online banking or with Dankort® payment card, VISA-Dankort® payment card, Mastercard, VISA etc. Transaction fees equivalent to the rates, which are set by NETS Denmark are included to the total payment.
Biojunkie will withdraw the money from your bank account when the product is ready for shipment. Once the transaction has been carried through, it will appear from your account. When paying with a payment card, your information is sent directly, and SSL encrypted to Biojunkie’s payment provider. Thus, Biojunkie does not have access to your payment details.
Returns and right to withdraw
As a consumer you have a 30 day right of withdrawal when you shop on the Website for a full refund. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your purchased item. In case you ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we would exchange it at no cost to you. In case you refuse to return the goods unopened, we will charge you for the shipping costs.
We cannot accept returns in the following situations:
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- The product has been opened so the box has been damaged or the seal has been broken.
- The item is damaged, not in its original condition and packaging, therefore unusable for resale.
Return deliver address:
If you have a complaint, concerning your purchase you must inform us by phone.: (+45) 26245122 (Monday – Friday, 9 AM- 4 PM CET) or by email: email@example.com before sending the item back. Please remember to provide order number, pictures of the defect item and a description.
A complaint must be submitted no later than 2 months after you have discovered a product defect.
If we have rejected a complaint about an item you have purchased from us, you can file a complaint to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. If you are consumer residing in another EU country, it is also possible to contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC) in your own country and the ECC will communicate with you in your own language.

Biojunkie’s newsletter aims at keeping you updated regarding new, research-based information pertaining cosmetics. Those subscribed to our newsletter will also receive offers with special discounts to our web shop.
You will not receive our newsletter until you have confirmed our subscription to our newsletter. Biojunkie protects your information and guarantees that you can always unsubscribe from this service via a link in the newsletter.
To send you our newsletter, we collect your name and e-mail address. On some occasions, we might collect other information. For example, we might enquire about your age or if there are any children in your household. This information will solely be used to make sure that you receive only the most relevant newsletters for you. This information will be kept until you unsubscribe from our newsletter. You are always welcome to contact us using the contact link in the newsletters if you have any questions regarding the content of the newsletter, or if you wish that we cover a certain topic in the future.
2. Storing of your personal data
Biojunkie stores your personal information in a secure database. When you make a purchase via our web shop, we do not keep your payment details. All payments are made via a secure connection, which ensures that your payment information cannot be accessed by an unwelcome third party.
On some occasions, we might collect other information. For example, we might enquire about your age or if there are any children in your household. This information will be used solely to make sure that you receive only the most relevant newsletters for you. Moreover, the gathered information will be kept until you unsubscribe from our newsletter or for maximum 6 years of inactivity.
