Terms and conditions

Here you will find the terms and conditions for purchases at Biojunkie. All conditions are gathered on this page so that you can easily get an overview of your legal rights and the special conditions we offer you as a customer.

Terms of trade and administration of purchases and sales on Biojunkie.dk is made by: Biojunkie ApS, is located at Lindebjergvej 1, 3370 Melby and has CVR no.: 41058404.

Main conditions:

You can always return items purchased in our online store free of charge if:

You notify us within 14 days from the time of delivery that you wish to return your goods;

If the return is due to our error.

We cannot accept returns if:

  • Goods are returned later than 14 days after delivery;
  • The goods have been opened, so the packaging is damaged;
  • The goods are not in saleable condition, for example because they are opened or partially used;

Delivery and delivery fees

Delivery in Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands)

Delivery time

Expected delivery time is 1-3 business days.

There is a delivery fee of DKK 55. For purchases over DKK 750, Biojunkie pays for the delivery.

We deliver with Dao, Post Nord, GLS or others who deliver the package directly to your home or to the desired pickup location. Please note that if you are not at home when the mail is there, you must pick up the package yourself at the post office.

Delivery abroad (incl. Greenland and the Faroe Islands)

When placing the order on biojunkie.dk, a delivery fee of DKK 100 is selected, but regardless of the size of the order, we charge the actual delivery costs. If the delivery fee is more than DKK 100, it will be stated on the e-mail address entered. The delivery fee is approved by replying to the e-mail with a positive commitment to conclude the transaction. If the e-mail is not answered within 5 days, the order will be canceled.

Delivery within the EU

Expected delivery time is 1-6 business days. However, the delivery time depends on the country where the delivery takes place and the carrier used.

There is a delivery fee of EUR 18.00 for shipping products within the EU, but regardless of the size of the order we charge the actual delivery costs. For purchases over EUR 160.00, delivery is free.

If the delivery charge is more than EUR 18.00, it will appear in the email address entered. The delivery charge is authorized by replying to the email with a positive commitment to complete the transaction.

If the email is not answered within 5 business days, the order will be canceled.

Shipping outside the EU

There is a delivery fee of EUR 25.00 for shipping products outside the EU. For purchases over EUR 160.00, delivery is free.

We will endeavor to notify you if we are unable to meet our expected delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law. We will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, fees or expenses incurred as a result of late delivery.

At https://www.biojunkie.dk you can order all products shown on our website. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us at (+45) 26245122, Email: info@biojunkie.dk Monday – Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. You can also send us a direct message by filling out the form on the website.

All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner. Prices are valid within Denmark. If you are shopping outside Denmark, from the Faroe Islands or Greenland, we refer to the English version of our webshop.

You are well protected against abuse when you pay by credit card. All data exchanged between your computer and the biojunkie website is encrypted. Payment data is also encrypted and sent directly to our payment partner who is certified to handle credit card information. No one at Biojunkie will have access to your credit card information.

The amount for the goods will only be deducted when the goods are shipped from Biojunkie. Biojunkie can never deduct a larger amount than what you have authorized at the time of purchase.

Right of return

You can get a refund on items purchased through Biojunkie’s online store if you notify us within 14 days of the delivery date that you wish to return them and immediately send the goods back.

We will pay for the cost of returning the goods if the return is due to our fault. Otherwise, you pay for the return shipping costs yourself. You also pay for the return if, for example, the item is never collected or is refused. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will exchange it at no cost to you. We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Items returned later than 14 days after delivery.
  • Items that have been opened so that the packaging is damaged.
  • Goods that are not in saleable condition, for example because it has been opened or partially used.

Otherwise, the Danish Sale of Goods Act’s defect rules and general conditions apply, including a 2-year warranty.

The standard withdrawal form must be filled in and returned only if the right of withdrawal is claimed to: Biojunkie ApS, Lindebjergvej 1, 3370 Melby or info@biojunkie.dk.

Complaints

If you want to complain about a product you have purchased from us, you should always complain directly to us.

If we have rejected a complaint about a product you have purchased from us, you can file a complaint with:

Person data

For Biojunkie, safety and quality are not only core values when it comes to our products. Security is also a focal point when it comes to protecting the privacy of our website users. We also want to ensure quality in our communication with you so that you are not overloaded with information that is not relevant to you. Below you can read about how we process your information, target our communications to you and about the website’s use of cookies.

When you visit our website or purchase goods from our webshop, we process personal data about you as described below. In this context, we act as the data controller. You can submit inquiries regarding the processing of your personal data to us via the contact page.

You have the right to ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you. You can do this by using the “Deletion of personal data” subject in our contact form. You can also request this by calling us at (+45) 26245122, Mon-Fri 8-17.

Your rights:

The right to be forgotten – you have the right to demand that we delete any personal data we hold about you if the data is irrelevant or outdated or if it could harm you.

The right of access – you have the right to know at any time what information is registered about you on our website.

The right to data portability – according to the GDPR, you have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Right to object – you can object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time.

Right to be informed – you have an immediate right to be informed about the collection of personal data before the collection takes place.

Right to complain – you can complain at any time to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Danish Data Protection Agency.

  1. What kind of personal data information do we collect?

Most of the services we offer on our website do not require us to collect personal data about you. However, there are a few of our services that require you to share some of your personal data with us. We use the information as described below:

In order to process your order and complete your purchase, we ask you to provide your name, address, email address and phone number. We also register the IP address from which you placed your order.

We only use your phone number to get in touch with you if there are problems with your purchase and customer support is needed.

We do NOT resell your personal data to third parties.

When you create an account on pharmanord.dk, we ask you to provide your name and email address.

If you are a business, we also ask you to provide your company name, company address, phone number, email address and company registration number. This information will be stored until you delete your account with us. In case of inactivity on the account, it will be deleted 2 years after the last activity.

  • In order to send you our newsletter:

Biojunkie writes newsletters that aim to keep readers updated on new products and health-related topics about Afro hair. If you receive the newsletter, you will also receive special offers with special discounts on products in the Biojunkie webshop.

Only after your explicit consent will Biojunkie send emails with newsletters and relevant offers. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time via a link in the newsletter. In order to send you our newsletter, we ask you to provide us with your name and e-mail address. In some cases we may ask for other information.

For example, your age and whether there are children in the household. We only use this information to ensure that you only receive the offers and newsletters that are relevant to you.

  1. How do we store your information?

Biojunkie stores your information in a protected database. However, for purchases in our webshop, we do not store your payment information. The payment transaction is made via a secure SSL encrypted connection so that your payment information cannot be read by third parties during the purchase.

In some cases, Biojunkie asks for information other than name, address and email address. For example, your age and whether there are children in the household. We only use this information to ensure that you only receive the offers and newsletters that are relevant to you.

  1. How long do we store your personal data?

– For customers:

If you have created a personal profile/account on Biojunkie.dk, your personal data will be stored until you delete your account/profile.

Information about the contact person for the account and invoice information is retained for five years so that we can handle future inquiries and comply with applicable accounting legislation. We delete or anonymize information about your purchased items after five years from the time of purchase.

  • Newsletter subscription:

The data you provide us with in connection with the consent to receive our newsletter will be stored until you withdraw your consent. You can do this via a link at the bottom of the newsletter or by contacting us.
